    While I agree with Mr. Reese's assertions... I don't know where he gets the figure of 545. There are 100 Senators and 435 voting members of Congress (plus 5 non-voting delegates)... add one more for Pres, and I'm lost on the other nine.

    Mr Reese arrvied at the calculation using the following people

    One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
